Here are Kayleigh's 6 month shots. At six months old Kayleigh would give kisses, wave hi and bye, sit up all by herself, and she began to army crawl. At six months she became a major mommy's girl. She wouldn't let me go anywhere in the house unless I was holding her. Or she would have to be in her bumbo seat right next to me. This would last until 8 months old. lol It was tough and she was demanding of my time and attention, but if I was holding her she was fine and happy. So I would gladly take that over crying. Look at that smile! :)

At 7 months old Kayleigh started crawling and began to pull herself up on things. She was still a major mamma's girl, but began to smile more and more. She was and is so funny. If somebody tries to hold her she fusses and cries for me. Then as soon as she is in my arms again she immediately stops crying and gives the person that was holding her a little smirk. What a cute little stinker. She has the cutest laugh out loud too. She got her first two bottom teeth. She loves to eat solids, but currently everything constipates the poor baby. Lots of prunes! :)

So far 8 months has been my favorite stage with Kayleigh. She is all over the place and pulls herself up on everything. She is a little scavenger for any kind of crumb or tiny piece of anything on the floor and sticks everything in her mouth. It is crazy. My other two were not nearly as bad about putting everything in their mouths. She gets extremely tickled pink whenever she finds food. She loves to eat big people food and prefers tangible snacks and bites of my dinner than her baby food. She is my only one that preferred my food over baby food this early. She wants to eat like a big girl already! She still gets constipated easy but we give her juice and prunes and that helps. She pulls herself up on everything. She loves to reach up and strike piano keys. She gets the biggest smile and is so proud of herself when she does. She also enjoys being told "no" that word seems to bring a big smile on her face as well. Could be trouble for later? :) She was a little over 16 pounds at her check up. Also she is on a gentle milk based formula now and has been handling it well. And she is doing fine on a reduced amount of prilosec (1/2 tsp). She is getting so much better!! She will go to more people now and has tons of fun with her siblings when they are not unintentionally too rough. :) We all sure love her! :)
