Skye is one year's old today!!  What a crazy, busy time of my life.  I feel bad that I have not been good at updating this blog.  I surely could be better.
So my last baby has been on this earth for an entire year.  She is such a precious, joyous bundle of joy.  I love her more than words can properly say.  She is the light of our little family.  Daddy's girl, and her siblings adore her.

She started crawling around 5-6 months.  And has been cruising around ever since.  She is kind of like a puppy she crawls around and scrounges for anything to put in her mouth.  She chews on furniture, shoes, and anything she can wrap her jaws around. lol

She loves to eat solids!  But only if she is feeding herself.  If anyone tries to feed her things with a spoon she is not nearly as interested as she is feeding herself.

Just like her siblings she doesn't hold her bottle but prefers to lay motionless while you hold the bottle for her and feed her. lol

She is my quietest baby.  She babbles and baby talks here and there, but not very often.  She only has two words that she says consistently...dada and baba.  She calls me and her dad...dada.  She will not say mama.  Hopefully soon!

She has attempted other words and sounds, but nothing consistent yet.  Hoping she starts chattering more soon.  Or maybe she will always just be a quiet observer.  She would definitely be the first of my kids to have that personality!

She loves to play with her siblings, and they love to try and make her laugh and smile.
She has the brightest, biggest smile and lucky for us she smiles often!

She has started to take steps around the house.  She is probably just a week away from being a full-fledged walker.

She loves to watch Mother Goose Club.  She does a little baby singing along and dances and smiles the entire time it grabs her attention.

She loves to clap her hands and sing patty cake.
She likes to play peek a boo.

She loves to be outside getting pushed around in the stroller and will cry out whenever you stop the stroller for any reason.

When she wants something, she knows how to holler and yell until you figure out what she wants.

She recently started giving cute open mouth kisses and lay her head on your shoulder snuggles.

She is a pretty good sleeper.  She hates going to bed but has been sleeping pretty well.
Soon she will start whole milk and sippy cups.  Hoping the transition from bottles and formula will go well.

She is an absolute joy with the most beautiful blue eyes around.  She is perfect.
